Room and job site photos organized by room with timestamps. No item photos. Best for documenting property damage and conditions.
What’s Included

This report is specifically for property condition documentation, not inventory documentation.

How to Generate
Section titled “How to Generate”-
Open your job in the web app

Click the Reports tab (top right)

Click Generate Report

Expand Additional Reports

Select Job & Room Photo Report

Customize your options (see below)

Click Generate Report
Note: Most reports download immediately. Large jobs (1000+ items) are emailed to you when ready.
Customization Options
Section titled “Customization Options”Include Organization Logo
Section titled “Include Organization Logo”Default: Enabled
Adds your organization’s logo to the report header.
Cover Page
Section titled “Cover Page”Default: Your organization’s cover setting
Under Cover page, tick Use classic cover page for the previous job details page, or choose which sections the new cover shows. See Report Cover Page for details.
Show Summary Section
Section titled “Show Summary Section”Default: Disabled
Includes a summary section with total counts and statistics, and the same metrics in each room header when Split by Room is enabled.
Split by Room
Section titled “Split by Room”Default: Enabled
Organizes photos into separate sections for each room:

Shows room name as section header

Groups all photos from that room together
-
Makes navigation easier for multi-room properties
-
Optional to generate separate files per room
Split by Label/Tag
Section titled “Split by Label/Tag”Default: Disabled
Groups photos by box or tag labels:

Shows label name as section header
-
Groups items by their container
-
Items sorted by label type (boxes first, then tags)
Include Item Photos
Section titled “Include Item Photos”Default: Disabled
Controls whether item photos are included:
-
Enabled: Shows both documentation photos and item photos
-
Disabled: Shows only job and room documentation photos (no inventory items)
Leave this off for a pure property documentation report without any inventory items. When it’s on, Photos per item lets you limit each item to 1, 3, or 6 photos (default: All).
Include Job Photos and Include Room Photos
Section titled “Include Job Photos and Include Room Photos”Default: Both enabled
Two separate checkboxes control whether job-level and room-level documentation photos are included:

Enabled: Shows property and room condition photos

Disabled: Leaves that group of photos out
Most users keep both enabled for property documentation. At least one of the three photo options must be on to generate the report.
Split Before/After Photos
Section titled “Split Before/After Photos”Default: Disabled
Within each job and room photo section, automatically separates photos into before and after groups, based on a gap in when they were taken (for example, photos from a later return visit).
Sort Job/Room Photos
Section titled “Sort Job/Room Photos”Default: Upload order
Orders job and room photos within each group: Upload order, Capture time (newest first), Capture time (oldest first), or Title (A→Z).
Use Thumbnails (Smaller File Size)
Section titled “Use Thumbnails (Smaller File Size)”Default: Disabled
Controls image quality and file size:

Enabled: Uses smaller thumbnail images, resulting in smaller PDF file size but lower image quality
-
Disabled: Uses full-size images for better quality but larger files
Enable this option if you need to reduce file size for email or faster downloads.
Include Sharing Links
Section titled “Include Sharing Links”Default: On if the job already has view-only link sharing turned on
Adds clickable links to the photos in the PDF. Turning it on also turns on view-only link sharing for the job, so only job managers can enable it when sharing is off.

Job & Room Photo Filters
Section titled “Job & Room Photo Filters”Default: All documentation photos included
Use filters to control which job and room photos appear in the report.
Available filters:

Rooms: Filter room photos by specific rooms
-
Photo Hashtags: Filter job and room photos by their hashtags (e.g., “Exterior”, “Source-of-Loss”, “Equipment”)
When you select multiple rooms or hashtags, the report includes photos matching any of those selections. If you turn on Include Item Photos, item filters (storage category, cleaning category, labels, hashtags, and more) also appear.
Hidden photos: Any job or room photo you’ve marked as hidden (using the eye toggle in the bottom-left of the photo in the job’s Documentation tab) is automatically left out of this report, regardless of the filters above. The photo still appears in the job — it’s only excluded from reports.
Photo Overlay Options
Section titled “Photo Overlay Options”Control what information appears overlaid on item photos in the report:

Show Timestamp: Display when the photo was taken (enabled by default)

Use “Select All” or “Select None” buttons to quickly enable/disable all overlays, then toggle individual options as needed.

Best Practices for Room Photography

Troubleshooting

Check whether the photos were hidden from reports (eye-off icon, bottom-left of the photo) in the Documentation tab
