Personalize your account
Make ContentsPal your own by adding your organization’s name and logo. This guide shows you how to customize your account settings so that all reports and interfaces reflect your brand and create a professional impression with customers.
Why personalize? Adding your organization’s name and logo ensures that all generated reports and account views reflect your brand. It’s a simple way to make ContentsPal feel like an extension of your business.
1. Access Organization Settings
Section titled “1. Access Organization Settings”-
From the dashboard, click Organization in the side menu.
-
Open the Settings tab, then click Details in the left sidebar.
2. Update Organization Name
Section titled “2. Update Organization Name”-
In the options panel, locate the Organization Name field.
-
Enter the desired name (e.g., your company name).
- Tip: Keep it consistent with your business’s legal or customer-facing name to avoid confusion in reports.
3. Upload a Logo
Section titled “3. Upload a Logo”-
Under Logo, click the file picker.
-
Choose a file from your computer (PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 10 MB). A PNG with a transparent background works best, and a wide logo (about 4:1, e.g. 1200×300) is recommended.
-
Click Save Changes.
4. Where Your Branding Appears
Section titled “4. Where Your Branding Appears”-
Your logo will automatically be displayed:
-
On all reports generated in ContentsPal.
-
Across your account interface for you and your team.
-
Optionally, at the top of the emails your organization sends to customers (Pro plan and above — turn this on under Settings → Email Templates → General) and on your QR code labels (turn on Use organization logo in QR codes under Settings → General).
-
5. Set a Default Label Prefix
Section titled “5. Set a Default Label Prefix”When creating labels for items, ContentsPal prefills the label prefix. You can control the default from Settings → General on the Organization page:
-
Job name (default) — prefix is derived from the job name (e.g.
JOBNAM-1,JOBNAM-2). -
No prefix — labels are numbered only (e.g.
1,2,3). -
Custom prefix — enter your own prefix (e.g.
CUSTOM-). A dash is appended automatically if omitted.
This setting applies org-wide and can be overridden per job when creating labels.
