Organization Dashboard
Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.
The Dashboard tab on your Organization page gives owners and admins one view of the whole company: how many jobs are in progress, how much your team captured this week, who is in the field right now, and the value of non-salvageable items across your active jobs. It also exports everything to a spreadsheet, so you can total figures across all your jobs without opening each one.
1. Open the Dashboard
Section titled “1. Open the Dashboard”-
On the web portal, click Organization in the side menu.
-
The Organization page opens on its Dashboard tab.
Only Owners and Admins can open the Organization page. Editors and Members don’t see it.
2. How the Numbers Update
Section titled “2. How the Numbers Update”The dashboard is a daily snapshot. The numbers are recalculated once a day, overnight, and the time of the latest snapshot appears at the top left, for example Updated Oct 6, 3:08 AM. Items captured today show up in the next day’s numbers.
To update the numbers sooner, open the Usage tab of the Organization page and click Refresh Now at the bottom. When it finishes, reload the Dashboard tab.
The Live field activity map is the exception: it is live and updates as your team works.
3. Pick a Time Period
Section titled “3. Pick a Time Period”Use the Week / Month / Year switch at the top right to choose the period for the activity numbers:
-
Week — the last 7 days, shown day by day.
-
Month — the last 4 weeks, shown week by week.
-
Year — the last 12 months, shown month by month.
The period applies to Output, Trends and Team. Wherever there is enough history, a percentage shows how the period compares with the one before it (for example, this week vs. the previous week). Active jobs and Non-salvageable value always show the current state and don’t change with the period.
4. Summary Cards
Section titled “4. Summary Cards”The row of cards at the top gives the headline numbers:
-
Active jobs — jobs in progress. Archived jobs and jobs whose status is Paid, Packback or Settled are not counted.
-
Non-salvageable value — the total replacement value of the items marked Non-Salvage across your active jobs. This card appears when your plan includes AI pricing.
-
Output — what your team produced in the selected period:
-
Jobs started
-
Items inventoried
-
Reports generated
Each figure has a small trend line and the change from the previous period.
-
5. Live Field Activity
Section titled “5. Live Field Activity”The map shows where your team and your active jobs are right now.
-
Hover over a team member on the map to see their current job and when they were last active. Hover over a job to see its photo, address and status.
-
The panel next to the map has two tabs: On site lists your team members and Jobs lists your active jobs.
-
If anyone on your team is running an old version of the mobile app, a banner above the map says how many members need to update. Click View members to see who.
For a full-page version of the map, open Live Map under Members in the Organization menu.
6. Trends
Section titled “6. Trends”Two charts show how your numbers move over the selected period.
Inventory activity plots Items, Boxes, Tag items and Non-salvageable captured over time. The chips under the chart show the total for each one.
-
Click a chip (for example Boxes) to focus on that series.
-
The chart then compares the current period (solid line) with the previous one (dashed line), and shows the total with its change.
-
Click ← All activity to go back to all four series.
Jobs started plots new jobs over the same period, with the previous period as a dashed line.
7. Team
Section titled “7. Team”The Team section shows each member’s output for the selected period.
On the left, three cards summarize the team:
-
Members contributing — how many members captured anything, out of your active members.
-
Items / hour — the team average.
-
Total hours — time worked across all members.
The table lists each member with their Items, Boxes, Tag items, Non-salv., Hours and Items/hr. Hours are estimated from when the member was actively capturing in the app.
Click a member’s row to open their details: their Items, Hours and Items / hr, and how they contributed. Click Go to Members → to manage your team (see Managing organization members).
8. Active Jobs and Stages
Section titled “8. Active Jobs and Stages”The Active jobs section lists every job in progress, most recently active first:
-
Job, Carrier and Status
-
Items — how many items the job has.
-
Days on site — the number of days on which at least 5 items were captured on the job.
-
Last activity — when the last item was captured.
Click a row to open that job.
The By stage chart next to the table counts your active jobs by status. Click a bar to show only the jobs at that stage, and click the ✕ on the filter chip to show all of them again. Click Go to Jobs → to open your full jobs list.
9. Export to a Spreadsheet
Section titled “9. Export to a Spreadsheet”Click Export at the top of the dashboard to download an Excel file with four sheets:
-
Jobs Over Time — the number of jobs started on each day.
-
Inventory Over Time — items, boxes, tags, non-salvage items, photos and reports per day.
-
Jobs — one row per job: Name, Status, Carrier, Loss Type, Address, Created, Days On Site, First Day, Last Day, Items, Boxes, Tags, Non-Sal, Non-Sal Replacement Value, Salvageable Replacement Value and Total Photos.
-
Team Members — one row per member with the jobs they created and worked on, and the items, boxes, tags and non-salvage items they added.
The Jobs sheet covers all of your jobs, not only the active ones: completed jobs and jobs you archived are included. It comes from the same daily snapshot as the dashboard.
Totals across all your jobs. The Jobs sheet is the quickest way to total a figure across your company. For example, to see the value of all your salvageable inventory, filter the sheet by Status to the jobs you want (such as jobs still in storage) and add up the Salvageable Replacement Value column.
Replacement values only include items that have a price. If your organization has Only price non-salvageable items turned on (Organization → Settings → General, under AI Options), salvageable items are not priced automatically, so Salvageable Replacement Value stays at $0 for jobs captured with that setting on.
10. Full Screen
Section titled “10. Full Screen”Click Full screen to show the dashboard on its own, for example on a TV in your office or warehouse. Click Exit or press Esc to return to the normal view.
