Creating your account

If your company already has an account, you should be added to the account by the owner or admin so you are part of that organization.

1. Create an Account on the Web

1. Go to contentspal.com.

2. Click Try it out.

3. Fill out the sign-up form:

   • Full Name (optional)

   • Company Name (optional)

   • Email

   • Password — at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

   • I am a… (optional) — Restoration Company, Insurance Carrier, Policyholder, Public Adjuster, or Other.

   • Phone (optional) — if you enter a number, also tick the box agreeing to receive text messages.

4. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

5. Click Create an Account.

6. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code, enter it, and click Verify & Create Account.

   • Don’t see it? Check your spam folder, or click Resend code.

   • ✅ Your account will be provisioned immediately.

You can also click Continue with Google or Continue with Apple to sign up with your Google or Apple account instead. Please use a permanent email address — temporary inboxes can’t be used to sign up.

2. Create an Account on Mobile

1. Download the ContentsPal app:

   • From the App Store (iOS).

   • From Google Play (Android).

2. Open the app and tap Create Account.

3. Enter your Email and Password, then re-enter the password under Confirm Password.

4. Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

5. Tap Register.

6. Enter the 6-digit code we email you and tap Verify & Create Account.

You can also tap Continue with Google, or on an iPhone or iPad, Continue with Apple.

3. First Login Experience

• After logging in for the first time:

  • A default job called “My First Job” is automatically created (if you signed up as a policyholder, it’s called “My Home”).

  • On web, a short setup guide walks you through your organization details (name, address, phone, logo), the tools your team uses, inviting your team, and getting the mobile app. You can skip any step. Afterwards you’ll find the job in your jobs list.

  • On mobile, the app opens on the Home screen with this job already selected — tap Resume to start capturing right away and explore features.
