Inventory

- Added Custom Hashtags and made hashtag locking carry tags over to newly created items.

- Redesigned the Edit Item dialog with a left-navigation section layout, and tidied its Notes & Documents tab.

- Added Color, Material, Style, Specs, and UPC fields to AI item identification.

- Added photo import from spreadsheets and a general document parser to Batch Item Upload, and enabled bulk import of XactContents estimates via spreadsheet.

- Automatically assigned bulk-uploaded items to rooms based on their folder structure.

- Brought the insurance-adjuster inventory view to parity with the main inventory.

- Added hashtag view and edit to the web Edit Item dialog, with search and scrolling when an item has many hashtags.

- Added a "No Label" filter and a Content Category column to the inventory view and made AI insight pills clearly interactive.

- Let organization admins view deleted inventory items (read-only).

- Added a progress bar to batch delete, kept the inventory sort menu open during live updates, and relabeled the replacement Quantity field to Pack Size.

- Showed the preferred image as the thumbnail in the archived jobs gallery and improved the Inventory empty state with prominent actions.

- Stopped showing the deprecated cost range as an item price and showed pack size as "/ n" in quantity fields.

- Fixed duplicate detection incorrectly flagging items created via Duplicate.

- Fixed bulk image upload freezing on a single hung file and surfaced per-file upload failures instead of silently stalling.

- Fixed a "No Room" batch-edit data bug and refurbished the batch-edit dialogs.


Chain of Custody


- Added rotate-90° and reuse-existing-prefix options to the web Create Labels dialog.

- Added natural sorting to the custody label search list.

- Improved box and tag color and item-icon consistency across web and mobile.

- Grouped print settings into a dedicated Printing section, with an organization setting to hide print functions.

- Added a square Avery 5164 (6-per-sheet) QR label layout.

- Added a Clear Selection button and made custody batch-edit selection clear reliably.


Estimates


- Added a multi-mode indicator to the Valuation view.

- Added an organization setting to run AI pricing only on non-salvageable items.

- Surfaced the reason for a pricing failure directly on the pricing views.

- Reworked Instant Estimate with a full-screen mobile experience, Xactimate codes, and web parity.

- Added a standalone per-job valuation settings dialog covering tax, pricing, and vendor price-segment filtering.

- Automatically re-ran pricing when an item's pricing-relevant fields were edited.

- Improved AI pricing with parallel multi-vendor sourcing, more retailers, and a live progress bar.

- Added an image viewer, an explicit Select button, and 1–9 hotkeys to Select Replacement.

- Added a scrollable image carousel to the Valuation single-item view.

- Added line-item-number search to the Valuation filter and a label-type filter to the Select Structured Code dialog.

- Disabled the Valuation tab export for locked accounts.

- Standardized room sort order across all reports.

- Added an Email Report option to the Reports tab, with an optional customizable message.

- Added textile-label filters, a labels-with-no-items option, and a show/hide summary toggle to photo reports.

- Added an option to flatten the Download Photos ZIP.

- Added storage-location export to CSV/spreadsheet and carrier spreadsheet templates for the Standard Format export, and surfaced the Total Loss Carrier Spreadsheet as a main report type.

- Showed box size in salvageable report section headers and improved box consistency in item-table reports.

- Logged Xactimate exports in the reports log, and hid PDF-only options when XLSX is selected.

- Fixed reports that could get stuck "generating" forever.


Mobile App


- Added a capture grace period and a Last Item recall chip to mobile capture.

- Added the ability to dismiss the keyboard while scanning restore labels.

- Enlarged the Comments and Details icons and the Custody toolbar buttons on iPad.

- Revamped the mobile item edit screen with Identity, Logistics, and Value tabs.

- Added room-scoped notes and admin/owner member management to the mobile app.

- Added a shutter-button loading spinner for all item types, a capture thumbnail in multi-item mode, and place of purchase to the capture detail dialog with easier keyboard dismissal.

- Let users pick the camera lens (zoom out) on room photos, select No Room in the item room picker, and set item quantities up to 999.

- Required typing "delete" to confirm account deletion.

- Fixed video uploads crashing on iOS, and fixed deleting from the full-image preview.


Job Documentation


- Added an empty-state call-to-action and a scope-notes placeholder to the Rooms view.

- Improved AI photo-metadata generation to handle very large rooms reliably.

- Added Forms support to the mobile app, with a Documents subtab and per-job send/sign.

- Limited room media to 200 items, and warned that job and room media do not create inventory.

- Flagged documentation photos that are actually item photos.

- Let policyholders add rooms to a job.

- Showed a note count per room on the Documentation page.

- Surfaced room scope notes from Instant Estimate on the Capture screen.

- Added per-job inbound email that creates items and job notes.

- Widened the tablet room edit grid to five photos per row.


General


- Expanded the public REST API with custody, storage/warehouse, and report-generation endpoints.

- Released MCP integration v1 with 16 tools spanning jobs, rooms, and items, plus a dedicated setup tab (with server URL and instructions) in the Organization integrations screen.

- Updated the Albi partner integration to ingest Contents-type projects only.

- Added "Coming Soon" partner placeholders to the integrations screen.

- Added an unpriced-item quick action to the Job Dashboard.

- Added a Last Seen column to the organization members list.
