Creating your account

If your company already has an account, you should be added to the account by the owner or admin so you are part of that organization.


1. Create an Account on the Web

  1. Click Try for Free.

  2. Fill out the sign-up form:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Password

    • Phone Number

  3. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  4. Click Create Account.

    • ✅ Your account will be provisioned immediately.


2. Create an Account on Mobile

  1. Download the ContentsPal app:

    • From the App Store (iOS).

    • From Google Play (Android).

  2. Open the app and tap Create Account.

  3. Complete the same sign-up form (name, email, password, phone).

  4. Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  5. Tap Create Account.


3. First Login Experience

  • After logging in for the first time:

    • A default job called “My First Job” is automatically created.

    • On web, you’ll see this in your jobs list.

    • On mobile, you’ll go directly into this job so you can immediately start testing the app and exploring features.
