🚚 How to Move Packed-Out Items to a New Location
Once you’ve completed your pack-out, you can review all labeled items and boxes, and then move them to a designated location — such as a cleaning room or warehouse vault. This process keeps your inventory organized and ensures all items are properly tracked as they change locations or statuses.

⚙️ Prerequisites
Only items with labels can be moved to a location (boxed items, tagged items)
Vaults or storage locations should already be created
🚀 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Review Your Packed Items
Open your Job Report to see all labeled items and boxes.
You’ll see all the boxes and tagged items you created listed
Tap any Box to view its contents, including:
All items inside the box
The room where it was packed
The current location
The current status
💡 (Tip: You can modify any of these details directly from this screen.)
2. Select a New Location
Choose the location where you want to move your items.
You can select the destination in one of two ways:
Scan a QR Code: Scan a vault label directly in your warehouse to open it.
Use the Dropdown Menu: Tap the dropdown list and select the desired vault or location manually.
3. Add Items to the Vault
Once the vault or destination is open:
Select or scan the Box or Items you want to move.
Tap Scan Item and scan the item’s QR label.
Repeat for each item you want to add.
You’ll see each item appear under the selected vault once scanned successfully.
💡 (Tip: You can add multiple items to the same vault in sequence for faster processing.)
4. Confirm and Move Items
When you’ve finished scanning, review the vault contents to confirm accuracy.
You can have multiple items moved to the same vault.
To move all items in a vault at once:
Scan the vault’s QR code
Select All Items
Choose a new location or update their status
✅ This completes the transfer — all selected items are now stored in the new location with updated tracking.

If an item doesn’t scan:
Check the QR code’s visibility or clean the label. You can also select it from the drop down.
If an item appears in the wrong location:
Open the item detail view and manually reassign it.
If a vault doesn’t appear in the dropdown:
Ensure the vault was created before starting the move process.
